Our Glucosamine DS just got better with the addition of MSM. A BETTER joint formula for dogs suffering from mild joint problems such as stiff joints or pain associated with exercise. Provides the same levels of Glucosamine and Chondroitin as Glucosamine DS with the addition of MSM. MSM provides sulfur which is critical in the formation of collagen and glucosamine which are vital components for healthy bones, joints, ligaments and tendons.

18-year old dog still taking Glucosamine DS June 19, 2008

My 18-year old maltese-poodle mix has been taking NaturVet Glucosamine DS Time Release with MSM and Chondroitin since she was 14 1/2 years old. It has helped keep her active and comfortable. She gets it before she goes to bed at night and she thinks she is getting a treat instead of medicine. I would recommend this product for any dog starting to show signs of arthritis.

We buy this product because it is natural and not made in China! But, we don't really know if it has any healing attributes! We give it to our dog, because the vet recommends it. I break it up and put it in with her dry food and she eats them! Other than that, we can't really rate this product high, until we know it actually works!
